The call that centers you

Design how you think and act.

Align calls you morning and evening, and picks up whenever you need to talk. It remembers, and shows you your patterns until you can see yourself and choose differently.

A day with Align

Here's the whole thing. Nothing to check.

Two phone calls, and the life between them. Most tools wait for you to show up — Align comes to you.

Morning

Align calls you.

What do you want from today, and how do you want to feel?

The day

You live your day.

No app to check. And when something needs saying out loud, call Align or leave a voice note.

Evening

Align calls again.

How did it go — and did you do the thing you said you would?

What comes back

You talk. It remembers.

Talking is faster than typing, and you say things out loud you'd never write down.

Your mind, as a map

See what's on your mind.

The people, feelings and beliefs you keep returning to, and how they pull on each other. Tap a word to see what you said.

The whole map: the people, feelings and beliefs in your words

Your days

Every day, in your words.

Your days, kept in your own words — never a summary that sounds like software.

“Slept ten hours, counted the money from the market, and told your parents you're skipping the MBA.”

Past: each day written in the words from your calls

Your people

The people in your life.

Every time you spent together, and what you said that day.

Nina's page: every moment together, from your calls

Your week

A note, every week.

What repeated, what held, what's worth attention.

The weekly note: what repeated and what held

Becoming

What you're becoming.

The things you said you want to be — with the receipts.

Becoming: the self-concepts your days keep proving

From real mornings, real evenings

Small rituals. Real conversation.

Morning — intention · ~4 min

“If the draft gets done by noon — does that move you toward calm?”

…yeah. Yeah, it really would.

One intention out the door, with a when attached. Not a to-do list.

Evening — reflection · ~6 min

“You kept it. What made that possible today?”

I guess… I didn't open my phone first.

No verdicts, no shame — each day teaching the next.

Over time (the slow-burn glow-up)

What changes, if we keep this up?

Easier to follow through.

Intentions with a “when” attached get kept — and each evening's honest look makes the next morning's aim truer.

More present.

The noise gets named, so it loosens its grip. You spend more of the day actually in it.

More yourself.

Align shows you your own patterns until you can see them without it. The goal was never to make you need it — it's to hand you back to yourself.

Hear it for yourself

Pick up. Say hi.

A short call with Align, right here in your browser. No sign-up — just allow the mic.

Talk

Tap to start

Can't talk right now? You can type instead, once it picks up.

The idea

A laboratory for your mind.

The experiment runs on your own life: Align calls you, asks the right questions, remembers every answer, and over weeks shows you the patterns that shape how you think and act. Then you decide what to change.

A few minutes of talking becomes a mirror. The goal isn't to feel good all the time — it's to understand what's going on inside you, and choose how to live. The more you return, the shorter the way back.

Why Align exists

You already know a lot about yourself. It's just scattered — across a hundred days you never stopped to look at.

The one thing no one can do for you is be you. Knowing yourself — what you want, what pulls you off course, what brings you back — is the most valuable skill there is. And almost no one gets to practice it.

That's what Align is for. A daily practice of returning to yourself — not to be fixed, but to find your footing, name what you want, and choose how you'll meet the day.

Privacy

Your words stay yours.

Never sold

Your data is never sold.

No ads

Nothing to sell you, and no one to sell you to.

Photos stay put

Photos you attach stay on your phone. Align never uploads them or looks at them.

Gone when you say

Delete everything, in the app, any time.

Before you go

Things people ask.

Yes — your phone rings, you pick up, you talk. It happens through the Align app, so there's no dial-in and nothing to remember. You choose the times: morning and evening, whenever fits your life.

Nothing bad. No streaks, no guilt. Call back when you're free, or catch the next one.

Most mornings run a few minutes. Evenings a little longer, if there's something worth sitting with. The point is your day, not the call.

No. Align is a daily practice of intention and reflection — a companion, not a clinician. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it's not a substitute for professional care. If you're struggling, please reach out to a professional or someone you trust.

Your words pass through a small set of services that power the call, only to build your reflections. Your data is never sold and never used for ads, and you can delete all of it in the app. How Align treats your data →

An optional mode: pick the apps you tend to over-scroll and a time limit. Past it, Align sends a nudge — then calls you. It runs on Apple's Screen Time, only on your own phone, and stays off until you turn it on.

English and Korean.

The founding cohort is invite-only — a small group, $39/month, locked in for life. The waitlist is where founding invitations come from. After that, Align will cost more; early believers keep their price.

Align is coming to the App Store. We invite people off the waitlist in small groups — when it's your turn, your first call is how you'll know.
